YN smoked OG who tried to beat him up

WALNUT HILLS, Ohio (WKRC) - One person is dead and one person has been arrested after a shooting in Walnut Hills on Tuesday. He’s claiming Self Defense

A man was shot outside the Kemper Apartments on Kemper Lane near McMillan after noon. He was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. He was then identified as 47-year-old Gregory Taylor-Tolliver.

A second person was taken to the hospital for evaluation. Police at the scene said one person is in custody but haven't released their name.

Police haven't said if they know what led up to the shooting.
